Dike my friend considers himself an unfortunate Lagosian, he thinks his village people followed him to to the city. This is evident with how he sleeps in buses, keke even on okada but he never get this same sleep in his one room apartment in the outskirts of the city.

What baffles him the most, is how he forgets his change every single time, one conductors he’s so much at his regular park greeted him and added “Maga” but Dike being an innocent man doesn’t even understand, so he waved it off.

The money he’s lost to these guys is enough to finally make him settle down with Ama, his dream girl. Little did he know that all Lagos conductors belong to the “Kobo kobo” confraternity, where they pray ceaselessly for passengers to forget their change.

Dike needs to get out of this mess, Ama is about to be snatched from him. My friend needs to appease the gods of NURTW because if he Continues like this, he’ll be on his way back to the village very soon and frankly, village people will take the credit for his ill-fate.

And once again, the dreaded kobo-kobo confraternity will go unnoticed, perpetrating their evil. If you ask them why? They’ll say that’s what makes Lagos, Lagos. Shine your eyes, shine am well well.
